Belmont freshman Nate Tisherman died over the weekend, Belmont President Greg Jones said in an email Monday.
Tisherman enrolled at Belmont in January as a finance major, a passion he first discovered at Ravenwood High School in Brentwood, Tennessee.
A memorial service will be held at Mint Spring Farms in Nolensville, Tennessee, on Sunday.
