Belmont University department of theatre and dance will present “The Cover of Life” Nov. 12-14 and 19-21 at the Little Theater in the basement of Hail Hall.
The play depicts the struggle among three sisters-in-law in rural Louisiana during World War II. A reporter for Life magazine is delegated to report on the family’s sacrifice and patriotism, but he soon discovers there’s more to the family than just three brothers serving overseas and the wives’ quaint life in Monroe, Louisiana.
Students can receive culture and arts convocation credit for the event.
